By downloading, installing, or using the CoaCalm app, you agree to be bound by

these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

CoaCalm provides guided Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping sessions and

wellness content through a mobile application. Access to premium features

requires an active subscription.

3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT: CoaCalm is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any

medical condition. EFT tapping is a complementary wellness technique. Always

consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical

decisions or if you have serious mental health concerns. This app does not

replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before

the current period ends

- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of

the current period

- Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in your device's

account settings

Pricing and Billing

- Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region

- Payment will be charged to your device's payment method

- Prices may change with reasonable notice

Cancellation and Refunds

- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account

settings

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

- Refunds are handled according to the App Store's refund policy

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only

- Provide accurate account information

- Keep your account credentials secure

- Not share your account with others

- Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws
