Delete Your Account

You can delete your CoaCalm account and all associated data directly from within the app.

How to Delete Your Account:

1. Open the CoaCalm app on your device

2. Navigate to Settings (tap the gear icon)

3. Scroll down and tap Account

4. Select Delete Account

5. Confirm your decision

What Gets Deleted:

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your user profile and username

• Email address and authentication data

• All EFT tapping session history

• Progress statistics (streaks, total sessions, time tracked)

• Custom tapping sessions you've created

• Shared sessions and community posts

• All other personal information associated with your account

Important Information:

• Deletion is immediate and permanent - Once confirmed, your data cannot be recovered

• Subscription Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) before deleting your account

• Alternative Option: If you want to keep your account but remove specific data, you can clear your session history in the app settings without deleting your entire account
